United Living secures £40m contract with London Borough of Harrow
United Living Property Services has won a £40 million contract with the London Borough...

United Living Property Services (ULPS), in partnership with Clarion Housing, recently gave a school’s playground a new lease of life by repainting and restoring the playground furniture.
Benedict Academy in Mitcham reached out to ULPS and Clarion for help as the play area had become worn and unattractive.
With help from our delivery partner Carringtons, ULPS have transformed the play area to suit the needs of the school and the children.
The team repaired, repainted and stained some of the equipment over the Easter holidays, this ensures the facilities are durable and protects them from future damage.
As a community conscious business, ULPS have also donated 22 planters to the school so they will be able to run planting sessions with the children and their parents.
Cara Kemp who is Benedict Academy’s Deputy Safeguarding Lead said “We are very grateful to all the team who worked so hard to improve our playground. The painting has made such a difference to our outside area. We cannot wait for the planters to be filled and blooming in the Summer. Thank you for making our school a brighter, happier place to play.”
